Bio

Hi! I am a MD State Certified Elementary Education Teacher living in Maryland. I enjoy traveling, exercising and being outdoors, reading and participating in marathons. I have completed over 25 marathons including ultra marathons or those that are greater than 26.2 miles long and am in training for my next one.  At this time, I am participating in  the dual masters program in Distance Education with University of Maryland University College. Last December I earned a  M.Ed/ masters degree in Instructional Technology from UMUC.  Things have really evolved in education since getting my undergrad in Elementary Education from Mt. Saint Mary's in 2001. Since then  I have had ten exciting years in the field of education. Most in Maryland however a few in San Diego California.  My Classroom experiences vary and  range from grades K-12. Currently you can find me teaching Elementary School in MD.
